Industrial Vacuuming Services

Industrial Vacuuming Services

National Vacuum’s vacuum trucks are permitted to haul hazardous and non-hazardous materials to their final destination or disposal facility. This allows for the job to be completed without involving a third-party to haul the material once loaded onto our trucks. We can also assist in finding a disposal facility and arranging for the disposal as needed.

Liquid Material Vacuuming

Industrial Vacuuming

National Vacuum’s wet vacuum trucks are used when the material to be vacuumed is a liquid, oil, light sludge, or a liquid/sludge mixture. Once the material is loaded into the truck, it can be pumped directly to another vessel or it can be loaded into containers directly from the truck.

Dry Bulk Vacuuming

Dry, light, or powdery material can be vacuumed using our bulk tankers. These units are typically used for loading dust from dry bag houses, perlite from cold boxes, or grains and flyash from silos. The materials can also be blown back into the original container or transported to be off-loaded elsewhere.

Wet & Dry Materials Vacuuming

National Vacuum utilizes Guzzler® Vacuum Trucks equipped with a blower capable of producing a 28″ Hg vacuum and a maximum airflow of over 5200 CFM. With a 16 Cubic Yard payload capacity, these trucks are truly the right tool for the job when it comes to moving large quantities of material in a short period of time.

Materials we can vacuum include:

  • Sand
  • Stone
  • Coal
  • Industrial and municipal sludge
  • Flyash
  • Carbon
  • Concrete
  • Sewage
  • #6 oil sludge

National Vacuum also maintains a fleet of European Offload Vacuum Trucks, which allow for certain materials to be blown back out of the truck wherever required.

Hydro Excavation

Hydro Excavation utilizes pressurized water to break up the ground into pieces. The pieces are then removed by air conveyance into a vacuum truck debris tank. This method provides a non-destructive means to safely locate underground utilities and precisely excavate. Hydro Excavation is particularly useful around multiple utilities where typical mechanical excavation is not possible.

HEPA Vacuum Loading Services

National Vacuum also utilizes HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtered vacuum loaders for vacuuming up dry, dusty material that is too light to be vacuumed using standard wet/dry vacuum trucks. The HEPA filter traps dust with an effectiveness of 99.97% and can prevent potential environmental problems with dust emissions. The vacuum unit runs on a cycle that alternatively vacuums and then loads the material directly into containers. The HEPA Vac Loaders are portable trailer units that can load into a variety of containers, from various heights and positions.
